An integrated design is proposed for the access, common areas, and residences, adapted to a zoning system. The main focus is to provide the residences with direct connections to the surrounding natural areas and interconnected linear parks. The integration of these green spaces creates a harmonious atmosphere and gives residents close contact with nature. Furthermore, the design includes a strategic connection to the clubhouse, ensuring a complete and enriching experience for all residents of the project.
